Never travel by this horrible bus.
Read the reviews and believe them. Spend the money to fly. Delays and non existent drivers are no exaggeration. It’s now 4 hours with no driver for our bus and no explanations, expectations of a resolution, or compensations. Megabus is 5 star compared to this.
My son was delayed 4 hours in Mobile bc a driver didn't show. .on his trip from Dallas to Orlando. We thought it was just a fluke but low and behold, on his way back he was delayed 13 FREAKING HOURS in Atlanta. ... UPDATE- AND ANOTHER 4 HOURS IN MEMPHIS!!! WOW. This is the most horrible company ever, I can't even wrap my head around how it can even exist with how horrible their service is. Never using Greyhound again and I hope their corporate leadership all gets fired. You bastards.

We are riding from Miami to Tallahassee. We stopped in Orlando and were supposed to leave Orlando at 6:55pm we were told at 7:15pm that there will be a three hour delay. It is now 10:44pm and we are now being told that they don't know what is going on with the bus. The website says the our bus has been cancelled. We were supposed to be in Tallahassee at 12:00am. This is Ridiculous!!!!!!
