Coming from Atlanta our bus broke down on the turnpike in orlando. My 30 hour trip was increased in cramped bus, where bus drivercould decide if he would let peole off or not
The worst service ever .. the bus was dirty . Late to leave and then the driver did not know how to get to the bus station at Miami terminal so we drove around three times.. never again grey hound. Don’t even feel it deserves a star ⭐️ but we reach safe no accident.
It was shit luck that I got the last seat on an overbooked bus from Ft Lauderdale to Orlando. There was no organization or direction when the doors were opened and The crowd randomly dispersed to three buses parked at awkward angles. The departure was 30 minutes late. The ride was awful. Very uncomfortable seats that didn't recline. Every time I dozed off, I was jarred awake because of the seat angle pushing my head forward.
