first and last time, awful service!
Nasty staff. They made me miss my flight and wait for 6 hrs in the station because someone else got inside the bus and took my seat while I was waiting for the driver to check my ticket! .. And add to this that these terminal agents wanted to charge me for the exchange fees treating me in the most disrespectful way! .. never seen such a customer service..
I am trying to call to figure something out and no one answers. Piss poor customer service. Thankfully I’ll never have to or want to ever use this garbage company...
greyhound does not think ahead. out bus was stuck on the turnpike due to a major crash. the driver call the orlando station to let them know and instead of holding the bus or having another on standby we have to wait till the next scheduled bus. AND the customer service rep was VERY RUDE as they always are. megabus just gain a new customer
terrible buses and not safe for passengers and they donot. care either
