The workers are very rude,and they don’t keep to schedule time on your ticket.
The customer service here is the worst and very rude when I inquired basic questions like when will the bus arrive—no updates or information when buses will arrive & no PA system or updates on bus arrivals. Also the constant loud high pitched buzzing noises frays on people’s nerves.
We will never book through Greyhound again! Guess we should have looked at all the terrible reviews first!!!!!
Worst service ever from being late to arriving 24 hours later
This is the cleanest I have seen the station in a long time. They are keeping the homeless out of the station there for are able to keep the station cleaner restrooms were clean floors swept an clean
I had a horrible experience riding the greyhound for the first time. I arrived to the Indianapolis greyhound location on Sunday at 7:45pm ( departure time was 7:50pm). I went up to the counter to check my bag and was greeted by a woman who gave me the wrong gate to board my bus and neglected to tell me the bus was going to be over 4 hours late! After standing in the line to board the wrong bus for 30 minutes I went back to the counter where the women then told me my bus home was delayed and she was unsure of the reason why. ... read more
