Security was too busy in the office playing in her phone to do her job. A bum tried to steal my phone and was trying to bother a young lady. Once I stopped him and told the counter they all decided to come out. Nasty place in general.
When you buy a ticket they don't tell you anything about "over selling " the bus !! Then you have to wait for another bus they tell you they are bringing from Cincinnati... (led to believe to take the passengers left behind...) only to find out this bus also has passengers amd you might get a seat ? Horrible.... still waiting and wondering .... Oh ... and to boot... the employees are RUDE and NASTY people
Bus was a hour and half late and I missed my flight.
The staff there is terrible!! They are so Rude!!! They don't pick up the phone behind the counter!!! But there quick on their phone!! Bathroom 's so nasty!! An the rate you pay for your ticket outrageous!! Never on time!! Never again

Highly advise against using this company if possible. I've had no other option but to take them on multiple occasions & 9/10 times getting on your bus is a nightmare. They will overbook, turn up hours late, and leave you waiting around in lines all day for a "luggage tag", and if you decide to leave the line so you don't miss your bus, it's a whole other issue that you don't have the tag, they won't even tell you which line to wait in to get your bus whiteout waiting in a line. I hate everything about this trip. No bus in Chicago stranded over 6hrs. Bus broke down in Nashville stranded 6hrs No bus in Atlanta 4hrs.going to Orlando 12hrs. Lost my room $100. No place to stay and probably lost my job. I will be contacting corporate. I am making it my life mission. I've ridden greyhound for years Although never pleasant it's never been this bad. The employees are in the majority rude as hell and disrespectful towards travelers and their possessions��
