RecommendedPerfect and right on time
Absolutely terrible I along with many others have been here in Indianapolis waiting on a bus we was suppose to have got on at 1240am on 1/22/2019. we have been told next bus at 330am,515-15am 730am an the 8am now we have been told we will be on the 1230pm bus on 1/23/2019. I have been here 11 hours waiting so far. I called an complained but they told me next bus is at 1230pm. Not the best way to travel but at least you get to where you need to be. Time is out of the window if you are looking to be on time.
The Bathrooms very dirty piss & poop on every torlet wow greyhound needs to clean more very lazy people or staff and the terminals very cold in Kentucky the seats in bus very hard

It is pure chaos. The staff does either does not know what’s going on, or they are terrible at communicating. Or both. Bus to Chicago is 2 hours late, with no communication. Still waiting. I found out the bus was late from my husband who is in Chicago, from the bus tracker on his computer. Trip from Chicago was a breeze. This Indianapolis station needs better management and better customer service.
I've been stick in Knoxville 4 three days because the bus was always delayed and I can never make a transfer. I contacted them no response!! I missed worked played money to get back and forth to the station, and they won't even contact me back.
if you're trying to get to a destination on a timely manner you need to find another source of transportation
