in 22 years of using greyhound never in my life have I ever experienced a worse trip! the terminal was closed where I got on , missed my bus cuz there wasn't anyone to ask! customer service was useless! I had to 24 hours in the cold. I'm disabled and being treated like complete garbage! hope greyhound has a wonderful Christmas cuz yalls attitude and service is ruining mine
