by not losing my luggage. then when i asked for help from Mt.Vernon Illinois Grey hound station she was really pissy and not willing to even help fill out the paper work.... then he is an idea get people on the lost luggage phone that are actually from America so we can understand them
parking was easy & close need some lights around tho
