Be better about drivers no-showing to work. Because of that I spent more than 24 hours either waiting for a bus or riding on one.

I will not spend my money here again to be so disrespected. Every single worker I ran into spoke to me with a firm, unfriendly tone like I’m such an inconvenience. I’m currently listening to the “assistant manager” yell at someone on the phone, while bus drivers are talking down to us like we’re inmates. I didn’t pay $200 to be treated like a criminal.

Employees didn’t seem like they knew what was going on. Bathrooms were a mess. Busses being late seems to be the normal here.
The staffs were not treating passengers politely. They were rude and sarcastic as they replied to questions being asked. A security called the Police because a mother with two young children was asking about the cause of delay for an express trip. It was delayed for two hours and explaination was unclear. My nephew who’s the passenger needs to tranfer bus at PA with 3 hrs lay over. Thank God, he made it. Those employees can do something more to improve their service.
