Okay, the only reason why i gave 2 stars is because of the 2 wonderful ladies behind the counter.. Other than that I would give zero stars with the absolute joke greyhound has become. They are the worst when it comes to scheduling and bus maintenance.. The 2 girls behind the counter who has absolutely zero to do with the terrible service greyhound shows their customers remained upbeat and kind.. Bus was delayed 4 hours.. was suppose to be in downtown Chicago @1:30pm-2pm didn't get down there till like @7pm
Wow it was a night mear 3 hrs behind rude fuckin drivers on the bus 3days and 12 hr ride with no stop iam so tired
It was horrible that is all I got to say they need to get it together.......
Bleek, outdated, dirty, IN...security gaurd was bothersome, rude, and made me feel uncomfortable...o and to put icing on the cake police and drug sniffing dogs made a suprise appearance...by far the worst greyhound station
Trip from hell.... My bus delayed 4 hours and I missed my connecting bus and had to sit in Chicago over night with my 2 babies, and they didn't do shit about it..... I will never ever use grayhound again
This entire trip has been horrible. Buses are outdated and smell like the gas station restroom. Wifi may or may not work along with your outlets Buses are overcrowded and to top that off, we have a driver who don't know where the hell he is going..( he had to be directed by a passenger which way to go to pick up and drop off and oh yeah I'm in danger of missing my connection in Chicago for the second time in my round trip.
