We are seasonals and rented an additional site to accommodate family visiting for the day. The bathrooms were broken for two days so our guests had to use our camper bathroom and the campground won't pump out before Thursday! It's unfortunate that you spend so much money here and the customer service is awful!
Last year we loved it here when we came for the weekend. We loved it so much we decided to stay for a week this year. Well... They clean the bathrooms at 8 am, just when people are getting up and around. The carousel and train, advertised in the brochure and website, were not working. The tram was also MIA this year. The restaurant was closed down for two days for no propane. Then on Saturday, the busiest day, the pool was closed for a broken pump. The beach was covered in goose poop. If i could give zero stars to this shithole i probably would. I went camping here this past weekend with my best friend and her children for a girls get away and I wish we would have went somewhere else because of how rudely we were treated by the staff. Let me just point out to you that you have to be 25 in order to drive a car within the campground. (Dumbest thing ive ever heard.) Decent. Not much of a family campground, more a golf cart campground city. Don't bring the kid bikes. :)
My family has been at this campground for 18 years, we love it��
I will never be back, my son had an altercation that the other kid started and I later found out he gets in fights there all the time and there security did nothing. When we threatened to file charges against the child, they kicked us out for the weekend.
Buy the sweatshirts! They are super soft and roomy. The activity area blew my mind away it was like a mini chucky cheese. Be careful while kayaking on the lake though, the wind picks up really quick.
