Great campground except no power/water 4 times in 3 days. Left early. Same thing happened in May.
Beautiful facility with no power for the holiday weekend in 90 degree weather. You can have the world but even state parks have power. Stay somewhere else for a fraction of the price and guaranteed power. No reimbursement and they blame Consumers rather than their responsibility to upgrade their grid. Disappointing! They also don’t let you post on their public page which is always telling of a business.
Had a nice evening, spending time with friends and watching fireworks. Sites seem a bit close, there are areas that are really well maintained. I know very all of the activities that they have planned. It's nice having programming for kids, teens and adults. A little something for everyone!
From April 1st when we pulled in until July 1st we went without power 3 times. The first time was for almost 10 hours. I can't even count how many times we went without water. The water is absolutely disgusting. If they are charging us $750 a month you would think they could afford to make the necessary maintenance updates that are desperately needed.

It’s a great place place so much for the kids to do
As I sat at the campfire with my family reading the reviews out loud I laughed until I cried yes my 60 something year old brother did get bullied by like a 10 year old kid but that is just a side note he has to deal with LOL there was a very good band provided that I enjoyed by the nice Pavilion ...bathrooms are clean showers are clean there was warm water and I accepted all the amenities for what a campground is... unlike the people that have no idea what a campground is about.. read comments on their web page I'm still wai... read more
The only thing that we didn’t like about the camping experience was the infernal loud noise at 10 PM from the parade of golf carts combined with so many golf carts kicking up dust from the dirt roads to the rec center and back. It was like we were in a dustbowl. The hook up was easy the water and the electricity were there for us and the staff was amazingly nice! You guys really enhance our camping experience.
We stay at least 3x a year, sites are very large, pretty accommodating staff, with this size park the rules are pretty tight, but need to be. The seasonal campers are friendly, overall a good place to camp.
