Get directionsPoor management and little communication. Also loses power frequently with no solution in sight. I talked about getting an attorney and got a letter after telling me I had to vacate the campground immediately even though I've paid for through Labor Day. They claimed a partial refund would be issued but now are claiming no promises will be made. It's safe how they handled this. No warning or anything just got letter in mail to leave. It's ruined my Labor Day plans now. Also known that if you upset the staff they can throw you... read more
City or trailer park camping. Went from the country to the city. For country people, really sucked. Way to many people and no shade.
Lost power and water. Annoying golf cart parades with loud inappropriate music until 11 pm. Not a place for small children.
Never again. Read the rest of the age old reviews and repeat
To many power outages and water shutoffs. It has happened everytime we have been and the only response we get from workers is 'welcome to camping'.
This was hands down the worst campground staff I have ever encountered! We lost power and the staff was rude when we tried to communicate with them. They will not refund our stay for the night with now power or water. Closed the bathroom down so no one had anyway to use a restroom or wash up. And funny enough the only cool spot was the rec pavilion were it cost you a small mint to take the kids for a little break from the 90+ degree day. Never again could you pay me to stay at this park!
A lot to do for the family. Please get the power and water issues fixed though.
It was my first time out to the campground. While the seasonal people were friendly and awesome. On my second day they lost power ..... for seemingly no reason couldn’t shower no air loud generators going for those who had them. Was told it would take a couple of hours to restore. By 10:30 still no power. Called again and was told no power til 8:00 am. We packed up and left. The shocking thing was that I was told this happens frequently. Turned a great experience into a bad one. I hope they figure out the power problem.
So much for a “family” campground. Golf carts driving around obnoxiously at 10pm and later as babies are sleeping, blaring music like we’re clubbing or downtown east Lansing....and we haven’t had water since 7:30...it was fun cleaning kids up to get to bed with water bottles....get it together...I have a fully functional camper I can’t use right now plus I paid for water...that I can’t use! This is farrr from a family campground. Couldn’t even use the pool for an hour because it was “adult time” as they just sat there starin... read more
