Really clean fun for the whole family or just a nice place for yourself to get away
I wasn't happy when they tried to charge my wife and son $25.00 to come in to camp with me. I already paid for the weekend, and had my camper set-up. She tried to tell them, but they were not listening. Then they told her she had to pay $ 7.00 for a day pass. ?????. Already told them we would have 3 people on this site. They also need to address the front gate. It was a log jam.
We love coming here, very clean, family oriented.
$25 extra to stay with friends?? Not sure we will be back.
We love GWA lots of things for children and us to do. Great bands. Trails and nature love the chipmunks. My sister is seasonal and her site looks off to the water sunset is amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Love the golf cart parade. We are looking into getting a seasonal site we have so many memories here a couple we cherish dearly is of our younger sister here with us playing put put golf and laughing she is no longer with us but everytime we play golf its like shes here with us. This was our first year as seasonal campers here. This was a great experience, there is always something to for kids and adults. The beach and the pool are clean and well taken care of. The owners put great pride in the campground it shows! Only things I wished was that our street was full hook-up, jumping pillows had longer hours (opened during the week) and more than one dump station. I'm already looking forward to next year!
Was told no scooters for kids. Came up for the day to visit friends and there was a million golf carts with people drinking behind the wheel...but no scooters...hmm.questionble morals.

Loved the campground. So much for the kids to do. We will be back for sure.
