Rude staff, no power, no water and no communication. They could have came around and seen if we needed anything like just to charge our phones. Or maybe offer refrigeration or freezer space as their buildings still had power. This seems to be a known problem here and nothing has been done to fix it all the while they continue to take money from unsuspecting guests. The pool was closed at 7pm again because of no power. People driving around blasting music, and no water since 7:30. Had to wash three little boys with bottled water so they can go to bed to only to be woke up by golf carts blasting music. Not to mention the adult swim hour in the middle of the day instead of the last hour of the day. So much for a “family” camp ground. Very disappointing.......and now no power!
Normally we love this campground. But after this trip we are on now we WILL NEVER come back. Every year we have 7-8 camp sites an all stay a week. This year the bathroom's by the pool we're extremely nasty feces all over the floor called and complained at least three times and it took them over 3 hours to come and clean it up.. then come to find out we were without water and no bathrooms to use for almost a whole day 8 in the morning till 4 in the afternoon and it still took them extra 3 hours to unlock the bathroom even aft... read more

Our 1st year as seasonals and we have been here every weekend and stayed 2 separate weeks vac. Too . We love it . Few things could be looked into and followed through with but over all we love the place and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.
We just spent a total of 10 days here and have camped here several times in the past few years. Our family absolutely loves it as there is lots of stuff to do.
Well it was first time here. We stayed for a week tent camping on canal st lot 14. Nice lot but could use some improvment. Roots to the tree were exposed and tripped over them many times. Probably a load of dirt and grass seed would be nice.. The power situation was a pain in the a@$. Kept going off all the time so water pressure for the showeres was minimal.
