This was our second time camping at Greenwood. Our first time was so enjoyable that we wanted to bring friends with us. Like the first, we had a blast. One of the couples with us brought their 7yr old daughter and she found plenty to do never a dull moment for her. Us adults ranged from 38-60 and equally had a lot. We only go to our camper 1or 2 a month and its been nothing but aggregation every time. We spend a lot of money renting golf carts and in the store I will be pulling my camper out and going to another camp ground next year. I would nor recommend this place to others.
We were told we had to pull out of our seasonal site for causing issue and being to loud for the last 4 weekends and the funny thing is we have not been to our site in 5 weeks. How in the hell are you loud and causing issues when you aren't even at the campground??? Rachael, Wendy, and Sharon are on a power trip!!! Don't get a noise complaint or you will be the next one to be told to leave. Wish this place would of stayed the same as it was when I was a child / teen. The original owners made this place not a mobile home park but a nice camp ground. Now I see the trailers parked so close together it just looks like a run down mobile home park. I grew up in the 80's / 90's when they had a lot of space between campers and they had the drive through zoo and Susie the chimp and Livingston the giraffe. Love it here been going here my whole life, the staff are very nice, the lake is nice and everyone is respectful the water is beautiful and everyone just has fun and also thr bands and dances are great!
We have been having a blast!! The kids are having so much fun!! We will be back every year!! Thank you Greenwood Acres staff and seasonal residents!!

I stayed in Greenwood Acres for many years throughout my adult life. It has always amazed me how hard the entire family( owners) have worked to annually improve the park. In my opinion, in the last 20 years they have transformed the park into one of the nicest in the state of michigan. I have many fond memories over the years spent at Grenwood Acres.
