On the expensive side. Is relatively expensive. Covered parking, flat fee water bill, reserved parking, storage units are all pretty expensive. Outside looks good but don't look closely at the inside carpets, which might be expected in a pet friendly place. Also stairs are starting to loosen. Some walls aren't square and they are super picky about things on the walls. Choose a top floor apartment so you only hear the people next to you. Verified Renter I received a virtual tour from Miranda, the leasing agent since I was moving from out-of-state. She was very friendly and has been extremely helpful on subsequent calls. For moving purposes, I'm grateful to have elevator access since I'm on the 3rd floor. After moving in, I feel a sense of security and appreciate the beautiful and quiet location, accessibility to hike and bike trail (Delta Ponds) and am looking forward to trying out the fitness center and yoga studio.

Verified Renter The complex is in a BEAUTIFUL location, with easy access to the bike trail! LOVE that. The office and maintenance staff are also super prompt, very kind, and so incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns.
