Not as hoped... So, to be fair before starting this review, I will concede that this property has many good reviews. Our experience was limited to one apartment, so perhaps others have had better circumstances. Here are some of the issues we had: 1. We were shown a model apartment with white countertops and brightly painted walls. When we were introduced to our apartment, 6115, the countertops were a very dingy yellow color. The walls were painted a dull beige. This seems a bit dishonest of a practice to show one model apart... read more

A great place to call home A big shoutout and thank you to the dedicated, professional, and kind staff of Green Leaf Riverwalk. Elizabeth and David manage the place efficiently. They respond to requests promptly and really care about the residents. The maintenance team is friendly and helpful. Much appreciated is the generous landscaping, the many trees in the parking lots that make it less an asphalt jungle. not well maintained The apartments themselves and the location are very nice. The management does not take care of the common areas very well, some parts have not been cleaned in almost 2 years since they opened which is obvious. The "security" is a hoax, there have been intruders in 3 buildings that I am aware of but the management cannot provide the tapes from the security cameras to the police because there aren't any tapes, just fake cameras. Great Apartments! For my first apartment on my own, it's a great start. My apartment is close to my work, the mall, the bike path and to the freeways. It's also on a bus route, which I appreciate. The 24 hour fitness room is a plus, and the club house is well kept. The location is great but it's a bit far from campus, but it's quiet at night. My leasing agent and leasing manager are really nice and are helpful!
