Verified Renter Apartments are decent, neighbors are fairly quiet, very dog friendly, decent space provided but still overpriced. Lack of counter space/kitchen storage is a struggle too.

Candace, our manager, is always trying to do things to engage the community. She's kind, incredibly sweet and it seems to me that she's always striving to make us better and better. Management is great, but owner decisions could be better So starting off, Riverwalk staff are incredibly helpful and I have had great experiences every time I worked with both the folks at the desk and with the people in the maintenance department! They make sure your needs are met and do everything in their power to help you out! This review is mostly for some of the new stuff that is being implemented above them or facilities desperately in need of renovations. Unpleasant The office staff wasted my time asking for documents they had already been sent over and over. When I moved in, I found that the oven wasn’t working and maintenance took over two weeks before ordering the parts. The apartment was poorly insulated and the kitchen and bathrooms had multiple stains including one on the toilet that made guest’s uncomfortable. The gym had some nice equipment, but when I was using it I was approached by someone claiming to be another resident aggressively pushing a pyramid scheme. I enj... read more

Where Did the 5 Star Reviews Come From? I moved into the Rivewalk Apartments while I had my new house built as it was literally the only option when my house sold. Upon move-in my apartment was filthy, with drug paraphrenia in the cupboards. The smell in my apartment never left in the 6 months I stayed there, even with having professional cleaners come in and clean it after I moved in.
