Value and Quality This is my last apartment before I buy my home, so I wanted it to be luxury enough for me and cost effective enough to get to my homebuyers goal. I’ve loved every minute of it. Fantastic amenities; the gym is top quality with great equipment (love the Peleton!), the coffee bar is a great touch, the pool area is great for myself and guests (bbq area, outside tv, music and lounge seats dipped in the pool). I have been here through different managers and Cailin has not only been amazing, but I’ve seen her tirelessly work at selecting a top notch team and they are just that. Ernesto is one of a kind, as someone who works in the industry. It’s hard to find someone with his level of knowledge and dedication.
Verified Renter Moved in with no issues/complications. Shared space is lovely, clearly respected and well taken care of. The apartment itself was very clean. The neighborhood as a whole feels laid back and safe. Everybody seems very respectful and minds their own business, quiet atmosphere. Lots of dogs on walks in the friendly and safe neighborhood. Perfect for what I was looking for.
