Verified Renter Great location, friendly staff and good environment. Lacking amenities but other than that a great complex! Pool could for sure be bigger especially taking into account the size of the complex. A hot ton would also be a nice addition, especially for the price of rent
Verified Renter Maintenance inside of building is terrible!!!! Carpets are unbelievably filthy!!!!! Walls & apartment doors need to be painted. We’re embarrassed when friends/family come to visit.

Verified Renter Riverwalk community is pleasant, convenient and veryserene. I enjoy walking all around the nearby Delta Pond trails. Management and staff have truly been excellent. I appreciate the secure unit and storage unit, and other amenities like bike storage room and EV charging stations.

Love Riverwalk Love riverwalk! Secure access, trash shoots on each floor and easy access to major areas! The staff is great too!
