Verified Renter I have been very happy at Riverwalk so far. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and easy to work with. The facilities and grounds are maintained with excellence. The area where the apartment complex is great. There is both shopping and nature close by.

Verified Renter Riverwalk has been great for me and my dog DaisyDuke. It has everything we need, car dealership for service 2 minutes away, Excellent Veterinary hospital 5 minutes away, access to all the freeways and the staff is second to none. Oh one more thing, the units are very well designed for quite and comfort, I never hear my neighbors and everything works as it should. Appliances, AC, and a Great shower what more can you ask for. I love it hear, I am very thankful.

Beware We only lived here for 3 months while evacuated from the wildfires and everything went OK until we were moved out. We are still trying to get refund of $150 cleaning fee and drip pan fee after 4 months of phone calls and emails. Just a heads up to future renters. Not very responsive management. We had the apartment professionally cleaned and provided the paid invoice to management. The drip pans on the stove were pristine yet they charged us for replacement and for cleaning.
