Great management and staff. Safe buildings. The management & staff is what makes this a community. They work very hard, are always (genuinely) pleasant. Management is available and responsive. Staff is timely and does great work.

Verified Renter Lived here for over 5 years--mainly for the location, upkeep and overall organization. Amenities are good, staff is responsive. Latest on-site property mgt has been working very hard to maintain community standards, and it's beginning to show.

Verified Renter Save your time and money GO Somewhere else. My car was broken into a week after moving here they ruined my soft top on my Jeep. No cameras outside just inside of buildings.

Verified Renter Riverwalk is an outstanding property with caring staff that works hard to keep the property in good condition and make the residents happy. In my experience, they strive to repair and address issues I have in a timely manner with a great attitude which I truly appreciate. If I see them out and about they are very friendly and always go out of their way to say hello to me and my dog. Verified Renter Management Staff is terrible, the apartments themselves are on the down slide from when they where built. The newer "younger" tenants treat the place more like a Frat House then an Apartment complex, throwing their garbage everywhere, parking in such a way taking up more space than they need, we have some living in their vehicles at the far end of the complex, management doesn't do anything and recently sent out a notice a couple of months ago about people putting stuff out on their patio areas and then never... read more
