Not normally one to complain but in coming to your airport this morning after a long business trip, I was “greeted” with a horrible TSA agent. Entering the security line, I didn’t see her at her podium and was beginning to head to another agent. Granted, she was slouching over her podium and I don’t have the best vision BUT....her response was “hey lady, over here...are you blind! We are having to wait 1.5 hours for our luggage. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Favorite place in Rochester bc I get to leave lol..
Good little airport, and my home base (30 - 40 weeks a year I use the ROC). #1 reason to like ROC is all the great people at the airlines and concessions (TSA and Sheriff's not so much, but they are not in the customer care business). We could use a few more electrical outlets, and the Rocket Shuttle needs help (more seating at peak time, smaller vehicles at low volume) but that is about it. Amazing......flight at 6am, on plane at 530am and at 7am they finally de Ice it. Now I wait to see if I can make my connection. Did you guys really not watch the weather? We were #2 to be de iced, whats the problem ROC? It is a snow climate here!
