Complete waste of money in these renovations. People will not fly out of rochester until prices come down. Always fly out of Buffalo.

After the renovation there is only one coffee place at the whole airport. Dunkin’ Donuts has a 60 people line at 5am. There used to be several smaller coffee shops including an artisanal cappuccino place. What happened? They are going backwards..

LOVE the new restaurants and design at ROC. Great authentic upstate NY food options, and a modern, colorful feel throughout the whole airport. So glad ROC got this upgrade! 😍

Food do not taste like the restaurants. Also not that friendly was trying to buy cheesecake and carrot cake to take back to Chicago and was out of the cooler bags but wanted me to buy a cooler bag for hotdogs for another 5.00 dollars. Not good customer service skills or sense. If someone spending 40 plus dollars you out of one cooler bag give them the other cooler bag so you make the money. I also spent 25.00 on chicken,ff, soda and chips. Really should have went to Subway better service and cheaper food.
