why do you only have 1 de-icing truck which potentially delays flights 1.5 hours? poor planning very irresponsible in the middle of winter
Business friendly airport with good food and enough seatings.
Big changes over the years, all for the good....easy to go through TSA security, friendly agents, restaurants are good. The seating at the gate areas still crummy tho....feels crammed in....the signs for returning rental cars is not seen til you’re on top of it, and you almost miss the turn for it.....need to change that!! Otherwise, nice airport.
Easy to get around and everything is convenient
Don’t get caught on a flight after 3pm into ROC. There’s a 90% they’ll delay you until ultimately cancelling the flight. It’s shameful how bad service into the airport is. In my last 9 flights into Rochester one made it in as scheduled.
