Who the heck is in charge of non stop routes from ROC. Why would you allow allegiant to remove their non stop flight to FLL? Perhaps southwest or jet blue could offer this route one day a week from ROC rather than both having it daily from BUF. Very saddened by this change as we flew allegiant multiple times last season!

At a time when many travelers are using devices in the waiting area, there are almost no power outlets available - it's like a scavenger hunt to find somewhere to plug in to. The restrooms also use 1-ply, or maybe half-ply toilet paper. If you're flying from here, time your arrival so that you don't need to use any amenities - just get straight onto your flight.
I have big crocodile tears as I type this but I just made it home and the first thing I told my husband about was the amazing personal customer care I received today from so many employees at the airport. After taking a nasty header down the escalator and convincing everyone I could get on the plane and come home, I received an ice pack and lots of well wishes. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. It meant way more to me and my family than you will ever know. Thank you.
