horrible experience. security there are a disgrace, discriminatory actions towards a student in my group that attended SUNY SA for the weekend. another reason why not to go back to Rochester
Restaurants are limited. TSA well let's just say the guy they had watching the baggage go through the xray wasn't really paying attention. Most of the time he was looking at what was going in around him. The lady who was verifying ID's/rickets was more concerned whether or not the lady next to her was doing her job or just letting people through. I thought there was going to be a cat fight.
Pouring rain and the shuttle bus comes in and picks up the first car they see and turn around and leave. We walked from the long term in the pouring rain.
Great little airport! Easy in and out love that car rental is right there inside. Very friendly helpful people
