Our flights kept getting delayed. I think bad weather in other parts of the country. We got out okay and didn't have any problems. I loved the charging stations with free Internet sites. Don't have those in a lot of places.
I fly all the time, and I have never had such a pleasant experience. From the TSA agents, to the flight attendants, as well as the customers! Everyone was so kind and friendly. I wish all my flights could be out of ROC.
No problems at all with check-in ticket confirmation and or purchasing everything went very smoothly employees of the airport at the ticket counter and in other areas were very helpful helped us get to our destination
The people were very pleasant. The security check was quick and efficient. The rest rooms were filthy. There was no place in the stall to hang a purse or set anything down.
