RecommendedGreat job on the remodeling, however, I'm just curious why it takes 45 minutes to get your bags after you get off the plane?
Having one, stage 1 de-icer operating during a predicted relatively minor snow storm in Western NY is absolutely absurd and inadequate. Their operations staff single handedly caused 43 people to miss their connections from our flight alone. Don’t use this airport in inclement weather, fly out of BUF or SYR, you’ll have better luck.
Baggage claim unbelievable slow This is the worst airport for baggage. I travel all over the world South America, Africa..... they all do better

Here’s a novel idea during winter and early morning rush—more than one de icing truck working! Two weeks in a row we sat on the tarmac for nearly an hour waiting to de ice because you had one truck only working. It’s winter. It’s ROC. It’s not a shock there’s a 6 am to ATL or DTW. People missed their connections both times because of this. Instead of stupid upgrades to the airport that nobody cares about, get another truck. Your airport sucks.
