RecommendedThe Great Lakes team has done several jobs for us over the past couple of years. These jobs include; quick sink fixes, installing new pump for irrigation, new water drain system in yard, and most recently giving me the ability to have a gas range instead of electric. We have NEVER had an issue working with them. The team was incredibly informative and responsive to our service need. They came quickly and the issure was resolved. The office manager was pleasant to work with and kept us infomred. I would definitely recommend Great Lakes and use them again, if the need arose.
We had an emergency sump pump issue. Our sump pump failed and water was constantly filling the pump bucket. We called several local plumbers and the responses ranged from not accepting new customers, to we can get your problem in about a week. We called Great Lakes Plumbing. They said they will get a plumber ASAP. Within about 3 hours, Rodney, from GLP had a new sump pump in. There were a few projects that needed to be done when I moved to my new home. Mark, Mike, and Jared helped make sure everything got done quickly, safely, and efficiently, and Laura in the office helped make sure it all happened within 36 hours of my initial contact! We purchased a "new to us" home this past Thanksgiving. In the time since, we've had Great Lakes Plumbing to our house around 5-6 times. (Yes, I've lost track lol) So far they've brought us a new water heater, sump pump, fixed a leaking pipe over my dining room table, two new toilets, fixed another shower pipe that another contractor broke, installed fixtures in multiple bathrooms, put in shut off valves, installed a utility sink, and oh yeah- answered every question we've ever had, and shown up when they said they would 🙂 ... read more
Mark and crew helped us out with a broken main shut off valve to our house. Mark took care of contacting the city for us so we didn't have to stress over dealing with BPW. Staff is friendly and competent. Mike did the work on the valve and we are very satisfied. Excellent communication! Would recommend Great Lakes Plumbing to friends and family!
