Great Lakes Plumbing Services, LLC did a fantastic job installing a new sump, giving us a dependable backup option and quieting the overall system (our previous system had a loud "clunk" that would rumble the house). They came to our house, the first day we had available, and were extremely clean and efficient with all their work. I have minimal plumbing experience and was extremely appreciative of how they educated me in very understandable manner of why and how they were completing their work. A++
