We had a wonderful experience with Great Lakes! I called the owner on a Sunday night and he answered the phone - live! He sent Rodney to us on Monday morning first thing who replaced our water pump in less than 2 hours. Impressive service! Thanks guys:-)
Rodney fixed a leaky bathtub for us last week. He was efficient and explained everything that was wrong and what he'd need to do to fix it. He was friendly and left everything very neat when he was finished. Would definitely call again!
