I woke up this morning to a leaking shower and wet drywall. After speaking to Mark, he sent Matt out to take a look. Matt did an awesome job and also gave me some insight on another issue I was having. He was fast, knowledgeable, and very personable to talk to. Given the circumstances, it was an overall great experience and I highly recommend GLPS. I will definitely be keeping their number handy for future issues!

I was referred to GLPS to fix a leaking shower faucet through another plumber we trust. Quality plumbers who are courteous and have reasonable prices are as important as a great mechanic! Matt did a great job and took the time to explain things along the way. Looks like we've got a new plumbing service that we trust. I highly recommend them!

We had an issue with our sprinkler system and my husband emailed a couple of plumbers in the area. Great Lakes Plumbing Services responded quickly, were very thorough in their response, and helpful on the steps we should take in the future. We appreciated them coming to fix the problem and the price was very close to the quote and reasonable. They were super easy to work with and we will recommend and call again if future plumbing issues arise. Great customer service!
Excellent service!! Hot water heater went out Sunday night, called Great Lakes at 7AM Monday morning and Matt was out here by 8:30 swapping out units. Price was very reasonable. Matt was extremely professional and very nice, good guy! Will definitely call back with any plumbing needs! Will also be spreading the word to friends and family! Thanks Matt! I appreciate your help!
Unbelievable experience! Never used them before and called them at 6.30am with a burst pipe in our kitchen. Two hours later, pipe fixed, kitchen and basement cleaned and off to work. Thanks Rodney, awesome job.
