great service. had some simple plumbing issues going on. they were able to diagnose and fix my issue easily, and also while they were here they helped me figure out the drain in the bathroom sink. would recommend them for sure

So professional and the site un-seen phone estimate was exactly what we were charged. We will always use them in the future and recommend them to everyone. New water heater in less than 24 hours after a late Friday afternoon emergency call. QNot to mention they didn't use hunting season as an excuse not to come out like everyone else.

This place is phenomenal. I had tried to replace the elements in my water heater but couldn’t get one of them out. Called Great Lakes Plumbing and within just a few hours of my call Rodney came and saved the day!! Quick, efficient and didn’t charge me any more than what I was quoted. Very affordable, especially for a single mom. 😁 Saved Rodney’s card and GLP will be the only place I call if I have any future plumbing issues I can’t fix on my own. 😁 Thank you Rodney and GLP, you guys are rockstars!!
