They did not give us an estimate despite numerous phone calls. Then, today, they only offered repairs for a small portion of the job. Clearly, they do not want our business. Stay clear of them.

Showed up on time, reviewed the work to be done along with the total cost & completed job in a timely, professional fashion. I DID NOT bid this out, as my prior experience with Great Lakes gave cause to avoid wasting time & just get it done right ...

They just started at 8 am this morning to replace a bust waterline, right under our newly concreted driveway . They are almost done and it’s only 12 noon. These guys are efficient, fast and friendly! And affordable!!!!!
