Recommended10 stars! the guys from Great Lakes Plumbing came in and tackled our Maze of handset conduit pipes and fixed everything to Perfection! They were prompt, friendly, hardworking, and cleaned up nicely when they were done. They included some little extras that I hadn't thought about and just did one terrific job! I have used various plumbers for various projects over the past five or 10 years, but this will be my go-to group from now on.
Matt was so nice to work with. He explained everything to me and gave me easy options when talking about repairing/replacing our toilet. I really liked the text messaging system this company uses to advise me of who would be arriving and when they were in-route. Thanks so much for the prompt and courteous service.
We had a water heater fail and leaking water in the basement. Great Lakes Plumbing came on a Saturday and replaced it quickly. Awesome service!
Rodney was arrogant and said to fix my kitchen drain would cost $225 an hour. He had a customer recently which took 4 hours and cost of over $400. He then began to explain why they charge so much, “overhead” etc. Really didn’t care at all for the customer, focus was the money. I had to pay $50 just for them coming to my house. I sent him on his way. Very dissatisfied
I just had a water filtration system installed in my home today, and Matt was awesome! He took time to show me a few things I didn't know about all of our plumbing and water lines and also showed me how to change the filter on my new system. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends who are in needing of plumbing services.

Recently finished my basement where they did the rough in and final plumbing. Very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions and did a great job making sure everything was done correct and didn't leave a mess. I would recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.
