Carlos was absolutely amazing. He even went the extra mile. (Literally!) He saw that I posted on Facebook that I was stranded on the side of the road after my car broke down. After I got a tow home in Kent he came and picked me up from my house and got me set up with a new car same day!!!!
I went to Carlos and his manager victor worked wonders for my mom and I . We were there a long time getting everything perfect and they didn't ever complain. Very helpful and nice. I deff recommend going here. I never felt pressured to buy either it was great.
Ask for Carlos! He WILL get the job done! Do it or you are the one whose going to be left out of the awesomeness!!!
Refused to talk to me UNLESS my husband was with me. I took my business to Classic in Streetsboro and have been very happy.
One of the best places I have worked at since I first started. The people there are very friendly and cool with me. They always say hi or whats up when I pass them every once in a while. I always know when to get back to business whenever I'm joking around. The place always has a positive vibe to it and thats what most companies don't have but this place does. Good sales experience yesterday with Carlos Greco leasing a CRV. But after calling today, disappointed we couldn't get the free 3 year maintenance package being advertised due to a technicality (brought the wrong paper ad in yesterday) especially after waiting 4 hours to lease.
I had been working with the staff for a little over a week regarding a vehicle that I was very interested in. I called the morning of my appointment to confirm and they were still ready to meet with me. I drove two hours with the intent of walking away with my new car only for them to tell me it had been sold when I got there. The staff were apologetic, but I am very disappointed that I didn't even get a courtesy call.
