Great service department. Sandy takes care of everything and knows her stuff.
My salesman Ed Bell did an amazing job helping me pick the perfect car! He also took time out to introduce me to other staff members that I will interact with now that I am a part of the Honda family! Everyone I met there was very friendly and I left with more business cards than I could ever need to make sure that if I ever need to get ahold of someone for anything I have many routes to take! Service department is phenomenal. Rob took very good care of me, I recommend everyone to stop by Great Lakes and experience the fast and efficient service department.
I bring both of my Honda vehicles here for service. The people in the service department are awesome - nice, friendly, honest, and trustworthy. The shuttle service is great as well! The donuts, popcorn, and free car washes don't hurt either! I won't bring my vehicles anywhere else.

My sales gal, Lynn Snoderly, was terrific. Even though I did not have an appointment with Lynn, she took time to learn that three friends referred me to her.
