We went out of state with the intention of purchasing a different car but it turned out that the car was not in shape as pictured. We happen to find Great Lakes Honda and our salesman Ed Bell saved the day. He was excellent and we’d go back to buy from him again. Definitely recommend this dealership! I did not want to give up my old van. My husband pulled me to look at new ones because, in reality, it was time. The GM set us up with Marcus and that was it! Marcus was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Odyssey and was able to show us the features we wanted to see quickly and with confidence. He took his time with us and I feel that he listened to what we wanted in a van. Quick to offer assistance, Austin found us a car that fit our needs and in our price range. The process was easy and they made sure we were satisfied with everything.
I was not pleased with the service today. Had an 11am appointment for an oil change. I got to the dealership at ten till 11am. I didn’t leave until 1:30pm.
Went to Fred Martin Superstore and did not have a good experience! Next stop Great Lakes Honda. Joe Peticca was great! Kind , patient and honest. He did not pressure me, patiently listened to my questions. I'll definitely go back and I love my new Jeep!

Went in for maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) on a CRV with 22k that I am leasing. I have serviced the car elsewhere, but took to dealership since it needed the tire rotation. Ended up purchasing front and rear brake maintenance and new filters. Was quoted a price. Came to pick vehicle up and noticed they did not wash the car. Quickly fixed my recalled airbag this morning before work. Initially I was told I could borrow a car but upon arrival I was told the fix should only take a half hour and I could wait if I wanted. The part was replaced in less time and I was on time to work. Super helpful and made my day easier.
I made an appointment for a recall repair to the airbag on my Honda pilot. When I arrived for the appointment the service person first of all informed me that it was going to take longer than I was told on the phone. I was then asked to empty out my glove box so they could do the work. After I sat down in the waiting room I was informed that the part was not available to do the repair that I had scheduled the appointment for.
