Awful place to work and buy from! I’ll never buy from them again either! I worked there a month or so and it was a horrible experience. They screw people over with raising the prices and not even telling the customer or without them realizing it. I bought a Honda Civic from them that was certified preowned and I had to pay out of pocket for a transmission cap they forgot to put on, when I took it to Park Honda they found it and I take it there now bc I refuse to take it back to Great Lakes. Buyer BEWARE!!! Do not go to this dealership! My husband and I went to Great Lakes Honda and purchased (or so we thought) a 2017 certified owned Honda Accord Hybird. I am just going to get right to the problem. After 1 week of having the car, we never received any kind of account number or welcome packet from Capital one. Absolutely disappointed in you today! I made an appointment earlier this week to get my CRV serviced today. I was here 10 minutes before my appointment and the not-so-caring girl who took my car said it would be at least an hour and a half because there were 4 or 5 cars in front of me. When I told her I had an appointment she said it didn't matter. People make appointments online, and just show up, so I'd just have to wait.
