I went into the dealership with my eye on something very specific, I called to see if they had it beforehand and spoke with Paige who was super nice and *(to my relief!) very laid back and not super pushy. Every experience has been horrible. We leased our two cars from Park Honda but due to proximity we were servicing them at Great Lakes. My first visit to the service department I had an issue with a piece of my interior peeling. They said they would order the part and call to schedule the repair once it came in. They never called. I called them and had to bounce between the parts department and service to have the part replaced, as the customer I found this very frustrating.
