I am very disappointed on how I was treated at this dealership. They were very unprofessional. I will never, ever do business with Great Lakes Honda.

Received a pre-approval for credit from Cap One, this was the dealer referenced so I took a shot. I stated up front that my credit was not well due to my ex but they went ahead and tried. Well, first I think my car was undervalued/low balled for trade in, then the 'Special Finance' manager said he'd call me within an hour. Shout out to Chad Worrell, Chris Avery, and all the wonderful people at Great Lakes Honda for helping us get the vehicles we needed this past week. Love being part of the Honda family. After church on Sunday it was nice that they were open and it was especially helpful as we were in a time crunch. And then again today we were able to get another vehicle for my husband. The customer care was top notch!!
You seriously have the dumbest commercial for a car I've ever seen. If anything that kid you chose makes me not want buy a Honda ever. It's one thing to force to watch it once, but 2 -3 times per commercial break? You got to be kidding me! Change or cancel the commercial at your earliest convenience please. Honestly you would be doing us all a favor.
I *thought* I bought a car a few weeks ago, but apparently that smaller dealership in Cleveland "fudged" some paperwork and the bank ended up calling the deal fraud. But it's okay! Thanks to Great Lakes Honda I was able to not only get myself into a brand new 2016 Honda Accord, but I put Nicole into a certified 2014 Honda Civic. I love my car, and hers is super great too! I love Great Lakes Honda. I've had two CR-V's and I really like them both. I always deal with Ed Bell. He's a great guy, very down to earth and will always tell you the truth without being pushy. My dad just leased and HR-V there as well and dealt with Ed. We will always go back and deal with Ed. I'm already planning on my next vehicle and will deal with Ed then as well.
We had a great experience working with Daniel Bryant. I highly recommend him to others looking for a new or used car.
