I love this place. Everyone is so nice! They are accommodating. You will not find a place like this. They don't have to do the things they do, but they GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to help their customers. I will never buy a car from another place. Thanks to everyone there...you make me feel like I am the most important person on the planet!!
The service department is top notch here. After the hood began to fade on my nearly 7 year old Civic, Honda took care of a paint warranty that would cost $5,000. They also fixed my bumper after it got knocked a little loose when I ran into a snow bank (no cost). Sandy Taylor went above and beyond her duties. They also gave me a nice loaner Accord while the work was being done. When it's time to get a new car, I will be back. I won't shop around because they have been fantastic here and I know I'll get a great deal anyway.
Joey, Owen, Xavier and their team did a phenomenal job of taking care of my financing needs and putting me in the perfect vehicle for my family. Their professionalism and courtesy made purchasing a car a simple and enjoyable experience! Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle.
Called at 4:45 with a flat tire (when service dept. closes at 6pm) & the team got my tire replaced & car washed in under an hour. Phenomenal service & staff! I've bought 3 cars in my life, and each came thru this dealership & Lynn!
