We worked with Jason and he was GREAT! We found a 2015 CPO Odyssey on Car Gurus we liked. Jason didn't try to push another vehicle, he went and brought our requested van around and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very low pressure. He gave my wife and I time alone with the van to talk and didn't hover. He gave us time to make a decision. Bought my 2017 Accord Sport there last year and took it in for service to be evaluated a I have a vibration right around 60-65 mph. Almost 3 hours later and I’m told it needed tires rotated ( I had already tried ), and wheels balanced . Drove home and it didn’t fix my problem at all, still there. I called and was told to bring it back in again...no thanks .

I had a Recall on the passenger side air bag, then learned it also included the power window switch. So, not having time to have this done, I put it off until my vacation time. I didn't get his name in the Service Dept. He was very professional and friendly. He told me both recalls would be done today.
