Generally good service. Had an issue last visit though. I couldn’t make my 3 pm appt so I dropped the car off. I didn’t hear back that my car was ready so I called. Arranged to pick it after garage had closed. Cashier was to have the paperwork ready. Good thing we called before going there for the paper work was lost and I would not have been able to pick up my car. I’m not a “post a review” type of guy, but after stopping in yesterday on whim, being shown a car double the payment of what I stated I was looking for (I’m currently on my second lease of a base model Honda Civic), being asked “if I was from California?” and finally being left at a sales desk without a word, so that I had to go track down another salesman to get my keys back, I walked out of this place more baffled than anything.
