They were wonderful with the buying experience, but this place is so shady. They sold me a car with horrible breaks, needing an alignment, crappy tires and dry rotting windshield wipers. They knew what it needed because they didn’t even seem surprised when I brought it back in. They’re impossible to get ahold of for maintenance repairs. Tried to talk to multiple people about a bent rim needing replaced that is under their warranty and no one calls back. If you’re a first time car buyer STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
they don't hold to their word on what they tell you and give you one story tell you another then keep going on with it they promised me a 100 dollar gift card for purchasing my car through them told me at first that I would he got with my memo title, then told me about 2 weeks later after getting my memo title still no gift card was told it would be sent out that week then later was told it was sent that Friday and here it is the 11th of Sept and still nothing and with that they have taken away from my children so yeah my po... read more
RecommendedService is very efficient and employees are excellent. They get you in and out quickly and don’t give you unnecessary repairs if they are not really needed or at least give you the heads up that you may need to do something on your next visit

This was by far the worst experience car shopping I have ever had. When I arrived, I was greeted by a salesman who turned out to be very rude. He asked me what I was looking for and upon telling him, he told me that I would never find that and laughed in my face (I was not asking for anything crazy - I wanted a Honda Civic coupe in black with a sunroof). My brother and I are highly satisfied with our purchase with Zack. He wasn’t pushy and very kind. He made sure we got the best deal possible with both of our Honda’s. We will definetly be recommending Zack to our family and friends.
Performed two recalls - both on 2nd row seats ( now totaling 3 recalls for those same seats..., hoping Honda has it fixed this time!) of our minivan. Done 15 minutes prior to estimated time for these jobs. All washed and ready to go. Everyone was friendly and efficient!
Got a good deal on a new car there a couple years ago. Just had my car serviced for the same price as a quick change place and they threw in some extras that I wouldn’t have received elsewhere. They will happily wash your car too for free.
Good service. Very courteous staff. Quickly handled the work. I will be back.
