Piss poor management here. The treatment of an employee who made a nice gesture toward a public safety officer is disgusting

This morning, we became aware via social media of an incident which occurred at our Great American Cookies store at Katy Mills mall this past Sunday. One of our team members in an act of kindness purchase a brownie for a police officer. A guest behind them became upset at the incident. After finding out that an employee was suspended and reprimanded for a rude customers issue with the employee buying an officer a cookie, I'd give you a negative 10 if at all possible. Your what's wrong with America. Uphold the good and quit enabling the people who wish to freeload!

Shameful y'all would punish an employee for supporting police officers! I will be sure to take my business elsewhere!!! Have some respect!
