I understand that you retracted your decision on the employee involved with buying a police officer a cookie. Too late, you should have commended him not threaten to suspend him for a week. This shows weak chatacter on behalf of management at this location. I believe you have a long road ahead of you to rebuild this business. They won't treat their employees with dignity nor respect. It takes a social media backlash for them to do the right thing. Integrity is doing the right thing when no one else is looking.

This morning, we became aware via social media of an incident which occurred at our Great American Cookies store at Katy Mills mall this past Sunday. One of our team members in an act of kindness purchase a brownie for a police officer. A guest behind them became upset at the incident.
