Greg at Grease Monkey in Idaho Falls was so helpful. He serviced my car and with me being a lady I thought they might tell me I needed this or that done. But knowing my car was fully taken care of and needed nothing but the oil changed he said my car looked totally great and that everything looked good. He informed me that my oil was a little low and I knew it was. But they were great and I highly recommend them to every and all. I was from California too.

Last time I got my oil changed I went to hobby lube. I had to open my hood for them and show them where to change my oil. After wards they charged me over $100 for the service. Grease Monkey was definitely a welcome change. They did have any problem opening my hood and finding where to change my oil in the engine. They even refilled all my car fluids, washed my windows and vacuumed out my car. On top of that. I got $10 off. I only paid $34. I’ll be coming back to Grease Monkey. The staff polite and helpful. Overall I was satisfied with the service. I’m from Brooklyn ny & on a road trip across country. I’m not your average customer. I know a lot about cars and my brother owns a shop in ny. I think their were too many hands on my car. I was watching the process and had I not been watching they would have missed something. They had to take the radiator overflow container out to get to the oil filter. They guy that took it out was not there when the guy was closing the hood. So he never knew the container had to be screwed back in.... read more
